Kheli Bat Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide

Kheli Bat (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between Kheli Bat and its users.

One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same device, IP address, or bank account, all of them will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Security

• Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.
• The account holder is solely responsible for all activity carried out on their account.
• Using another member's account is strictly prohibited.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and participate on Kheli Bat. We strongly discourage and actively prevent underage gaming.

• Accounts belonging to users under 18 years of age will not be accepted.
• Failure to verify your age will result in account suspension.
• All funds deposited into an underage account may be cancelled without a refund.

All bets placed on Kheli Bat are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — so please review your bet carefully before confirming.

• Kheli Bat reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• Bets linked to match fixing or illegal activity will be voided.
• If a connection is lost during in-play betting, the bet will be settled based on the state confirmed at the time the bet was accepted.

Cancelled Matches & Refunds

If an event is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within the specified timeframe, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded. A waiting period of up to 48 hours applies.

Kheli Bat is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in serious action:

• Bonus abuse or attempting to gain unfair advantages through multiple accounts.
• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Fraud or harassment directed at other members.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.

Kheli Bat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Opening an account using false information.
• Incomplete KYC verification or submission of incorrect documents.
• Suspicious betting patterns or unusual transactions.
• By court order or direction of law enforcement authorities.

If an account is suspended, the member will be notified by email. Once the investigation is complete, if the account is cleared, it will be reinstated and any deposited funds will be returned.
